I finished the report I sent it to my manager.

I finished the reportとI sent it to my managerは、どちらも完全な文です。

Although the deadline was tight and the team was small, we finished the report, checked every number, and sent it to the client before noon.

I finished the report. I sent it to my manager.

I finished the report; I sent it to my manager.

3. コンマと接続詞を加える(and, but, so, or, yet)。

I finished the report, and I sent it to my manager.

After I finished the report, I sent it to my manager.

(I sent、she said、it wasなど)を探しましょう。
